Meet Emily Chambers

GROUP INSTRUCTOR


Emily came into the fitness world in 2013 through teaching Yoga after finishing college at Seattle University. Initially she wanted to pursue a career in counseling, but soon realized that MOVEMENT was a better alternative and offered similar benefits, and was able to reach more people at a given time. In Emily’s classes you can expect to work hard, maybe learn something about yourself in the process, and use the freedom of movement to have some fun!
