Meet Jordan Chambliss
Jordan grew up in Texas competing in long distance dirt bike races at an early age. Racing nationally as well as internationally led him into a career in fitness. Training since 2011, Jordan has taken on a coach’s role with clients focusing on muscle imbalances as well as system imbalances. Each program is a progression in skill as well as fitness. He has extensive knowledge in biomechanics and anatomy, specializing in corrective exercise and injury rehabilitation. Jordan is a Certified Personal Trainer from National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Council for Certified Personal Trainers, NESTA Biomechanics Specialist, and Cooper Institute Corrective Exercise Specialist. Jordan believes training does not need to be complicated but efficient. Functional movements at high intensities have proven to get consistent results, and the ultimate goal is to give you the foundation needed to continue a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and regular exercise.
