A FIT is a 45 minute consult is designed to help you create a personalized training plan. Our top team of trainers will provide a training session that is based on your specific wants and needs. Functional, Intelligent, Targeted… get FIT!

All of our Personal Trainers have a college degree in a related field and a nationally recognized training certification. They also possess extensive backgrounds and expertise in a variety of training programs. Our Trainers take pride in preventing injuries, creating individualized programs and meeting the specific needs of each client in order to maximize results.
